    Egnater Rebel vs Electradyne

A Fender Deluxe. It complemented my Dyne very well. I would suggest he play an ED as well but I prefer the complementary sound of the voicing of different amps.

    Egnater Rebel vs Electradyne

Our singer plays through one that has already had its chassis replaced. It just wouldn't power on at the biggest gig of the year - had to borrow an amp - and the borrowed amp blew his away. I can get some decent tones out of it at rehearsal but it doesn't sit in the mix as well as the Dyne...

    1x12 or 2x12 Dyne??

I wanted a 2x12 until I played the 1x12 that I bought. It has ballz without the extra weight. BUT I'm thinking of adding a 1x12 extension for bigger auditoriums and outdoor gigs.

question for ED owners and it's available gain

Did you go to World Music in Nashville? That's where I bought my ED and those guys were awesome. If not, go there next time you're in Nashville.

    Metal up the ED?

A JCM900 :D I don't use the Dyne for metal tones. But when I need some hi-gain stuff I run my Fulltone Fat Boost with the drive set to max and the ED in the red mode. I've never had to apologize for not having a "metal enough" tone.

How many of you are actually rehearsing/gigging with the ED?

The big outdoor gig Saturday allowed me to get the ED into the sweet spot of this amp's tone. I had many positive comments from the band I was sitting in with plus several in the crowd. They had a guest singer/songwriter who has been around for many years who they invited to the stage to play...

    Extension cab to match this!

Maybe I was wrong and should have chosen my words more carefully. World Music in Nashville didn't charge extra for the one I bought in tan. :)

Honey moon over for anyone yet?

I have the first "big" gig next Saturday so we'll see how it does in that setting. But this amp kills at rehearsals and everyone who has heard it says it's the ballsiest amp they've ever heard. Also, I have not found a guitar yet that this amp doesn't love.

    Extension cab to match this!

I'm jealous.... The mix of speakers adds to the tonal character of the ED like you won't believe. The tan cover is no extra charge unless the store decides to try and sell it as a "custom" color. My ED is also tan but it's a 1x12. I may add the external cabinet a little later just for the...

    Less Tweaking=More Playing Time

I decided to play through an entire rehearsal this past week using only the footswitch and guitar controls. Didn't touch the amp after I set it up for our rehearsal space. My band commented on how good the amp sounds completely naked compared to my old Carvin and rack gear. People have...
