His PRS signature Treble pickup (and he uses mainly 1 sig PRS guitar) is not that bright, it's the ballsiest pickup I've played, ever. And why do you think he had his amps modded? You can hear the recto sound through the many layers of amps he uses if you listen.

As you can probably get from the way people are talking about them, the Rev F heads are worth more - usually because they're more desirable. (and completely different)

By "old school" I was referring to the old way of manufacturing. The Mark series were made like the older Rectos. Now they're built completely different. And yes, they do sound different, so they should have their own line, IMO... You seem to be forgetting that the Dual Recto Solo Head is...

You can get an actual old-school Dual Recto for about that much coin... these new mini-rectos and rect-o-verbs are disappointing. You simply cannot get the sound of a recto from these builds. Shame on Mesa for even producing them to make a buck off of their former glory.
