any one been able to remove diamondplate off a recto WITHOUT any damage to it? i know to use a heat gun and pry it off, but i`m looking to powdercoat and replace it.

looking to get a flange sound similar to my ibanez fl-9 out of the g-major. i realize it won`t be the same being in the loop as opposed to the front end. but i can`t seem to get a pleasant flanger. oh yeah this is my first multi f/x unit so any other tips tricks would be greatly appreciated.

fixed with H/S/H only thing i can think of off the top of my head is a PGM. the korean made ibbys are hit or miss(would not buy one sight unseen!) and the new indonesean ibbys are worse. you could get a tremol-no.and have the option of floting to locked in place, and still have locking and fine...

been thinking about trying to add some compression. seeing the guys in lamb of god having a dbx rackmount got me going. is this something to use in front, through the loop, both? i was looking into like a dbx 166xl or 266xl. any info would be cool

my friend got a used dual recto, and the transformers have a light rust all over, is there something that 1; can remove it and 2; prevent it from returning.
