Hi Pete, a bit difficult to come and plug in as I live in London UK. Anyway, I`ll try some other tubes to see if I can tame the lead channel a little bit. With this much compression on it now I loose all the pick attack...

Hi, I have recently bought this amp and as it comes without eq I wonder if putting one in the effect loop will make it work like a DC-3 for example. Is the the GEQ on the DC-3, DC-5 and DC-10 pre or post gaim stage? thanks Marco
