I wish it had channel cloning like from the tremoverb; I'd like to be able to have two channel 3's OR two channel 2's depending the gig I was playing. That would make it perfect for me.

Even with the depth up all the way and set to square wave I still hear both sounds. And like I said, I also experience the same issue with a line 6 tap trem but only in "bias" mode.
