ok so what if it were a 20/20 and triaxis in an oversized CLOSED back cab with c90's in it? it'd be a good amp to rumble some *** with and have a good low end, good for drop tuned stuff but also able to do standard sort of tuned **** well and be nice and tight too?

Does anyone know what sort of sound celestion c90 speakers give off inside a mesa boogie oversized or traditional cab? I don't really know too well what i'm asking here but are they sort of vintage sounding speakers or big phat sounding or alot of treble or something?

ok, well i had a call from my amp tech this evening, he advised me every tube in the amp except for the 2 rectifier tubes were microphonic as all hell and just dead. he removed them and replaced them with what he said were high quality sovtek tubes and said it sounds good as new. he advised the...

ok well i read that forum and pulled the back pannel off the tremoverb. pulled each tube out and layed them on a clean sheet and gently shook each one. none of them really sounded like they were rattling ALOT but one or two did have a very slight rattle...i'm not sure if that is how it's meant...
