Mark IV rhythm 2 channel blues

Wow, didn't even know that this amp could do this! I always thought that this channel was the worst but with the right set up it's actually the best out of all three! This is played on a basswood body 7-string guitar with old strings! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JxmS95UTQA0

Uknown numbers marked on tubes (pix inside). What are they?

Ok but if this is gain, should the strongest ones go first in the chain? Does it matter where they should go in depending on which half is stronger? For example, let's assume V3 (left side of the tube) is contributing to the amount of gain on Lead channel, so should I put in the tube which has...

Uknown numbers marked on tubes (pix inside). What are they?

Let's assume they mean gain on the 12ax7. Should the ones with higher gain go early in the chain?

Uknown numbers marked on tubes (pix inside). What are they?

Does anyone know what they mean? Could they have any significance in terms of where they should be placed in my Mark IV?

Tubes for V1 and phase inverter/which one is driver tube?

Sorry, forgot to write it's Mark IV. The problem is described here: http://forum.grailtone.com/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=71398#p485951 I'd rather not have to replace all the tubes but I've no idea what is causing it. I've already replaced V2, V3 and V5 and I sill have the problem.

[Mark IV] FX loop died on me right before starting a gig!!

So I replaced the V2 with a new Sovtek 12AX7 WC. The volume of the FX loop signal is back up again but now everything sounds a lot brighter when I switch it on. Tested on two seperate effect units: Nova and G-Major. Another thing I noticed was distortion fading with time on channel 2 and 3...

Tubes for V1 and phase inverter/which one is driver tube?

Do I need special tubes (especially chosen) for these two or can I just buy 5 Sovtek's or whatever, 2 Sovteks (already have them new) and 3 JJ's for example? My first tube replacement, I don't really have any experience replacing tubes. The manual says something about a "driver tube" but it's...

[Mark IV] FX loop died on me right before starting a gig!!

It does say in the manual that V2B is responsible for the FX Return. Will try to replace it first before I give it to a tech. Will let you know soon if that worked.

Which controller for Mark IV to switch channels and effects?

He, so I tried to use my FCB1010 for that but it does not work well with relay switching on Mark IV. MIDI works just fine with my t.c. electronic NOVA System. Which controller do you guys recommend (not too expensive plz) that will work well with both Mark IV and Nova so I only have to press one...

[Mark IV] FX loop died on me right before starting a gig!!

Arghh, had to play the whole set without effects and boost for solo. Disaster! Not sure what happened though? When I switch the FX loop on I can hear the signal but it's very, very low. Sounds ok when I switch the FX loop off. A friend told me that there is a seperate valve which is responsible...

FCB1010 not switching Mark IV channels properly

Ok I got it to work by changing some settings on the FCB1010. But there is a nasty sound every time I change channels so I won't use it. I ready somewhere that it's becasue of ungrounded circuits on the FCB1010 or something. I'll probably replace the FCB1010 and ghet something that can control...

FCB1010 not switching Mark IV channels properly

Hey, the problem is that when I press the button on the FCB1010 it switches the channel on MarkIV but only when I keep it pressed down. When I release it, it goes back to the previous channel. So the FCB does not keep the switch on afer depressing the button. It's not normal, is it? Is there...
