Oh yeah, what looks like a choke (if it's like a Marshall ), has "J. Wiley 9-18-92" in purple felt pen on it if that helps with your history.

Thanks guys, I think it's an "E" here's a pic. "http://s197.beta.photobucket.com/user/rcerex/media/boogierectoI_zpseaad04f6.jpg.html?sort=3&o=0" It sounds really good, better than a Marshall Jubilee I've been saving for, the cleans are pretty sterile though.

Which speakers do you like best with your Rectifier?

I like my early Hiwatt cab loaded with Weber Thames, it has a lot more bass and has a sweeter top end than my Boogie cab or my old Marshall loaded in a x pattern of vintage 30s and G12h's.

Thanks Snoopy. Well, it doesn't blow any fuses, so hopefully it is a bad cap. Thanks for response. Guess it's off to the shop.

2:50 low sound out of Channel B!!

I changed all the power tubes and the 3 12ax7s. I know my preamp is good on that channel(i swapped lines to make sure). All I get out of Channel B is a very, very faint distorted sound that you can barely hear; I can play my guitar through the channel but the sound is very faint. The volume...
