Yeah, I suppose I could look at that tonight or tomorrow. I checked out Petrucci's old Recto settings, mine weren't that far off! :D Just needed more gain, a bit less treble and bass. I see if I can get another clip up tomorrow.

Thanks for this, dude. One of the tubes on my Channel 2 sounds like it's shot (clean channel is uneffected), so you just saved me from changing them all for nothing. :D ... I'll probably wind up changing them with JJ/Teslas anyways. Thanks for the info, though! :)

Thanks! :D Playing an Ibanez SZ 520 with stock Duncan-design pickups directly into the Recto pre. I had it set to Channel 2 modern, gain at about 1 o'clock, treble at 4 o'clock, mids at 3 o'clock, bass at noon, presence at 8:30. Post EQ'ing on one track was a scooped setting with boosted highs...
