So how does this work with the Mesa? Do you run your amp into a loadbox first, or do you use the preamp out for the effects loop? The one I found online says it's meant to work with pedals. Maybe I found the wrong product online:(

So this ++ mod has even more gain than a regular Mark III? I thought Mark IIIs already have a bunch more gain than the Mark IIC+ amps.

Yeah, I have a Mark IIC+ that I won't sell. I would love to get a JP2C too though for the flexibility. I played one a few months ago and loved it.

Thinking of doing this with my 60 watt non-reverb GEQ combo. It is heavy as hell. Would I have to do anything besides screwing in the amp chassis into the new head case?

I've had good luck with the You Tube HD conversion for what it's worth. I've never had major issues with sound cloud though.

Anyone on amp techs? I would prefer to take it to someone who has a lot of experience with Boogies. They are such complex amps. Maybe a cap change wouldn't be a big deal though.

Do the amps with the loop mod sound pretty close to the c+ then? I had a IIB without the mod (I'm assuming) and it was a very different amp when compared to the C+ I have now.
