After a long search I finally got a Musicman Luke yesterday. Love these guitars, the necks are just fabulous, never had active PUP's before and these EMG's are superb, super clear but dirty up great. :D

thanks guys, Im keen to try it with any V30 cab as I've never tried these speakers with any amp, I am leaning more towards a recto 4 x 12 though as there not much more dosh than a 2 x 12 and seem more readily available used.

thanks, I thought so myself as its the most obvious but the manual suggests either or option 2 is no good as the marshalls only have the 8 ohm stereo option which leaves option 1 which means using a series box. Any ideas ?
