Start it up...I'll sign. Hopefully this kicks Mesa in the butt and we get Roadster Stage II. I'm also hoping that all of us that have stuck by Mesa and the Roadster will get ours fixed for free.

My Roadster pops until I cycle through all of the channels. I haven't really noticed the popping in the last few weeks, although I have to admit I'm too into playing to really notice. I'll check it out today and post my results. I'm all for joining the group and calling Mesa about the problem...

I spy a Roadster in there as well. As far as how many amps people will cart into a studio, check out the racks that any good session player will bring in. Brent Mason carts three racks with a ton of amps and just a few drawers with some pedals in them. Any decent session player will come in...

If it's not too much trouble, could one of you take some detailed pics of the internals...if you happen to have one that's not dunked in epoxy 8) I'm trying to figure out what op amp they use in that pedal so I can hopefully build a tube screamer closer to their specs. thanks.

This was outlined in the Roadster manual...the channel 4 gain and presence controls pick up somewhere towards the mid to top end of channel 3. Also, some of the tone controls are different values and change the character of channel 4.

I might be able to do black hardware if I can find a supplier...I don't think the latches come in black though. The chrome corners and other pieces are easily painted, but the latches just wouldn't look good with paint (the paint would quickly be worn off after the first few unlatchings). No...
