Yes.
The slo circuit is actually simpler and more linear, but the basic sound is the same.
Yamaha messed up a bit by adding some crap ( reverb is bad for example)

Instead of the Harley Benton 4X12 V-30 cab I finally got a Mesa Boogie Vertical 2X12 cab for my Mesa Boogie Mark Five head.
I felt terrible putting the Mark Five head on top of the Harley Benton 4X12 cab.
The Harley Benton 4X12 V30 cab sounds good (their Vertical 2X12 v30 cab sounds even better), but the Mesa Boogie Mark Five head deserved a Mesa Boogie cab.
I might get the matching face-plate for the amp head, but I'm not in any hurry.

It's sad but after several hours getting the rig adjusted I decided to give possibly my favorite Marshall rig (DSL40CR and 1966A cab) a little vacation.

Mark V is the heart of this stereo wet/dry/wet rig. Mk V preamp send -> all power amps. Splits in loop after EQ for dry return and a stereo FX chain. Mk V drives the top 2x12 of MC-90's dry. Line 6 is a stereo solid-state power amp with true stereo FX loop. It takes the stereo wet FX return and drives the bottom 2x12 of V30's. 2 mics per speaker.
The Carvin V3 can also be switched in as the preamp. With a reactive load box for each of the 4 power amps, I've recreated this rig in the DAW with IRs I made of these speakers/mics.
