Thanx rarebit this is my first boogie and I'm just feeling my way around it.

On my stiletto Ace combo the clean channel has 3 voicings Fat, tite clean, and crunch the Crunch setting is quite a bit louder than the other two. Is this normal? Anyone have settings for a pristine clean? Thanx is advance.

I was just down in the basement listening. The hum is not much louder than the fan. Should I be worried? You can't hear it when playing even ultra clean (well as clean I assume as a mesa gets.) 😀

I see. One more question. Is it normal for these amps to hum while idling off standby? Thanx again for the info
