    Do you have an amp that can take the tubes. Best test is your own ears in my opinion!

    I have owned the 5:50 for almost 2 years now. When I jam with my band, I usually have the master at about 11 o'clock with the gain anywhere from 11 to 1 o'clock.     Express 5:50 I can't get enough power

    I agree with richt. I find my 5:50 PLENTY LOUD. I play in a band with 2 other guitars, a bassist, singer and a drummer. My 5:50 up around 10 - 11 oclock is enough to keep up. :?
