I get a very harsh reverb washon channel 1 clean when switching from channel 2 or channel 3. Is this normal? Lets say I'm playing on channel 2, I stop, then switch to channel 1 and I get a weird reverb wash.

This is definitely a quite bedroom setup. I don't think it would bother me in a live situation.

not a increase in volume, but you can tell something else is added to the signal, even with no guitar plugged in. there is a difference in the idle hissing of the amp when the reverb is engaged.

I just got a Mini Rectoverb 25 combo and I noticed that when adding reverb there is a bit of noise that's added to the signal. Is this normal?

I was thinking about using some "Room" reverb in the FX loop of the Royal Atlantic and have it on all the time, just a little bit of reverb. Would you recommend using the onboard reverb of the Royal Atlantic or getting an external pedal like the TC Hall of Fame...
