So, I want to move my Mark III into a head shell in order to give me more gig-able options, I'm not keen on sending Mesa $350 to make me one, and I'm tired of scoping the used markets. So here's my long shot: I will trade you my Mesa Mark series combo shell, WITH SPEAKER, for a Mark series head shell in at least good condition.
Yours doesn't have to be a Mark III. I'm pretty sure dimensions were identical from the original Boogies up through the Mark IV, but just in case, we'll compare dimensions before trading.
You get: The combo shell, including the speaker, a Celestion Modern Lead M12-70, made in England, well broken in and in perfect working order.
I keep: The amp, including the reverb tank.
I get: Your Mesa Mark series head shell, structurally 100% and cosmetically in at least good condition.
We each cover our own shipping, which obviously works in your favor as well.
Anyway, hit me up if you have interest, or even just a head shell lying around, as I'd pay cash for one.
