I bought some through Rich at Mesa (Petaluma). I didn't need them but I got them to have around for the future because they were available when I bought a bunch of other things.
They are cheap. The size is slightly different so get the whole set.

doesn't work as mesa won't ship overseas ...

To be sure... the plastic parts that go on the sliders or the switched assembly slider thingy itself (they are availabel too).
