Wind noise coming from Triaxis

Anyone getting a wind like noise coming from there clean settings?
It comes and goes.And can only be heard on my clean patches.
I change over the a heavy patch and its gone.

Check your tubes. The manual (available on-line at mesaboogie.com) has the tube chart (which 12AX7 goes with which preamp type). You can either swap (existing) tubes or get a new one to test.
