I see on the Mercury Magnetics website that they offer a choke for Mesa amps. Paul said the choke could be put on my 295 power amp.
I've heard nothing but good things about chokes on amps. Is it simply a money issue? Why wouldn't Mesa and some other big names equip their amps with chokes? Perhaps the difference between having a choke and going chokeless is quite small?
