I'm currently designing a bias mod for my 2:90 and will offer it to other 2:90 owners should they be interested. Pro are:
1) Adjustable bias (Duh)
2) You can now you any 6L6 tube you want, and skip the expensive Mesa tubes.
3) Very minimal changes to the main 2:90 PCB that are easily returned back to stock (but why would you want to do that!?)
4) My design includes a completely separate PCB and circuit that's designed, built, tested, simulated, and installed by myself.
5) There will be 4 bias adjustments. 2 for the class A pair, 2 for the AB pair (2 adjustments per amp channel)
Please let me know if anyone is interested. I'll keep you posted on the progress of my own 2:90.
