Which power conditioner do I need?

I was looking at Furman power conditioners, and boy are there a lot of options! So what do I really need in a power conditioner? I was looking at the Furman M-8DX. Any experience with this one? Please, someone chime in as to what I should be looking for in one of these.

I have the m-8lx. Havent had a problem with it yet. If I were to do it over again, I would get the no frills Furman power conditioner without the little lights for about $55.
