Where to buy Mesa Logo Plates?

Hello,

I'm converting my Mark V combo to a head + compact cabinet and I need a Mesa Engineering logo plate for the cab. Mesa sells it at their website, but I don't live in USA so I don't have a credit card with a US billing address which is the only way they accept. Although, I'm currently in USA so I'm trying to buy it online.

Does anyone know another website that sells Mesa logo plates?
