Where do I find a cable for my MKIIC+ footswitch

I lost this thing years ago. Can anyone tell where or how I could replace it.

The channel switching is just a 1/4 mono guitar (line cable) EQ/REV using a TRS (stereo)

It's been so long, I forgot to push the lead knob in. The pedal is working now. Thanks for the help.
