Just watched this clip of SY on Youtube, noticed that Lee is using a Boogie stack. First of all as a massive SY fan I was wondering what amp it could be...the quality of the video is not that great but still, I'm curious.

My main question was thus, however - he's playing a cream tolex stack and I'm dying to get a matching cab for my Mark II. Do Boogie still do that finish as an option?

Perhaps there is a cabinet maker on this forum who can do the same job? And do Boogie ever build cabs without speakers? I want to load it with an old EV.

Cheers

I believe it's called Vanilla Taurus and yes it's still available.Used to be a $159 option, maybe a little more now..
and yes! They will build you an unloaded cabinet.

Or, Uhmm, you could have George build it for you :D

Is that all your work GTS?

Thats My C+ stack. i would say he was using a MK III!

This has turned into amp porn! Brilliant!

Well yeah I'd love to get an unloaded 1x12 and just fetch an EV from somewhere into it, so good to know there are options. GTS, par for the course on this forum is to be an admirer of your work and certainly your 'customer feedback' seems to be off the charts - reminds me of Startouch switches actually, one (musician) guy building great quality stuff for our enjoyment!

Now, being it that I am in the UK may pose a problem, and I have no idea about prices either right now - a Recto 1x12 costs £449 (!!!) over here with a C90...if anyone can give me a rough idea of Boogie's factory price, or GTS indeed your own costs I'd be very grateful.

I may also be interested in a 1x15 stained ply cab for my Mark I also - Tien says that they can make one at the factory buuuuttt..... price wise? Hmmm. GTS? Anyone?

I Live in Australia and some how i have managed to get a wonderful couple of boogies. prices here and mental too ! so i think just looking around and searching for what you want is still a good idea!

BTW GTS work is Amazing. if you want to ship something i would do it.
