I found a Nomad amplifier company which this clearly is. It is clearly not a Mesa Boogie. Harmony Central had a few reviews on their high gain head. It got pretty nice reviews actually. Here is the link.

The paper work in the auction claimed 4 EL34 power tubes and 4 7025 preamp tubes. I only saw 2 power tubes.

Seems the company went under a long time ago.

Nomad amps were made on the Northern California coast near the Bay Area. They were a very small company started by one of the sons of Matt Spitzer (owner of the NorCal chain of music stores in the Bay Area and Fresno/Stockton). We had a music store in Fresno that sold them. They were pretty good amps, essentially hand wired but certainly NOT a Mesa Boogie! Sales were not great, marketing was almost non-existant and they folded after 3-4 years. Might be fun to play with if it goes cheap but more for the cleans than the distortion.
