I was interested about finding a smaller footswitch that would just change the channels for the Mark V. I stumbled across this:

However, I'm confused because it looks like you can't access Channel 1?? Or how exactly does this work?

Channel One is the default. If all the LEDs are "off", you're in Channel One.
Do a search for "Voodooman". He does not have much of a rep around here.
Check with Payne Labs - His ad is on this page, above.
Or check out Switch Doctor on eBay.

I don't think that footswitch would work properly with a Mark V, but best to ask Voodooman themselves. I don't have one of their footswitches for my Mesas, but I have one for my Peavey 5150 head. Good quality footswitches, and I highly recommend you check them out...

This guy is notorious for not fulfilling orders and for taking a long time with the few he does fulfill. Avoid at all costs.

I indeed have heard many complains about that. The footswitches are made well though...

Interesting...He responded to my email within 30min. From what I gather he had some issues in the past, but It seems he has his act together now??

Yes, and he has told the same sad story before.
Please do yourself a favor and use the search function to find the numerous, lengthy threads about this guy.
Caveat Emptor.
That's Latin for "There's a sucker born every minute."
