I want to put an Ernie Ball Jr volume pedal after my Triaxis, to control the volume after it is distorted, to blend with my other cab which is a clean sound. (I use an A/B/Y switch to run 2 amps at once) Here is the question, how does a volume pedal sound after the Triaxis? I'm going for a nice swell like the beginning of the "And Justice for all" Album. I have no way to try this without ordering the pedal first! Also if that will sound good, what type of pedal do I get, a passive 250k or an active 25k for how I am using it, after the Triaxis and an active Switchbone a/b/y switcher?
Note: I am already using my MIDI IN on my Triaxis for my Pod Pro to control channel switching. I don't think that matters if you guys were going to suggest using it to control the Triaxis' parameters, I want to avoid using it this way. Thanks
