Check out the demo I was part of that compared the tone of a Mesa DC-5 through 2 Marshall 4x12s with different speakers!

Both cabs are Marshall 1960Bs, but one is the upgraded version with Marshall G12 Vintage speakers. These speakers are the same parts as a Celestion Vintage 30, however they are assembled by Marshall in England, and so they're slightly different than other V30s.

To each their own, but the 75's are way better than the V30s, unless you're looking for that Eric Johnson pillow over the speaker tone.
