This question has more than likely been asked before, but how can I find out what my Mark IIC combo is worth? It doesn't have the EQ or Simul, but it does have reverb, and the EV speaker option. I haven't decided with 100% certainty if I'm going to sell it or not, but I just never use it anymore. Pics are available.

Any help would be appreciated.

Canadian demand is weird, too, and Marks for sale are not real common. There's a guy locally who can't sell his IVA for $1250, and there was a dude selling an original IIC+ in Toronto for $2500 but he didn't want to ship and it was for sale forever. But I have been offered $1000 basically unseen for my greenie as a head, which is a good 25 per cent over the going ebay rate, and I met another guy who paid $1300 for a IIB, which I think is also awfully high.

Definitely advertise on Montreal kijiji and craigslist if you decide to sell.

You're not kidding about Canadian demand being weird. I sold my .50 Caliber for $800 so I could buy this amp, but I've seen Mark IIB's on CL for $800-900 - and they just sit and sit and sit. I remember that IIC+ on CL - the guy seemed a little arrogant about what he had.

My biggest concern is shipping - the thing weighs a ton! I never thought of advertising in Montreal. The irony is, I sold my Lonestar to someone in Montreal, but the guy drove down to pick it up (7 hour drive).

Ship via Canpar (http://www.canpar.com), they are the best for domestic shipping big stuff within Canada, hands down. It's all ground shipping so it actually arrives intact, they know what "fragile" and "this side up" means, etc. etc. I've shipped cabs, rack cases, a power amp...

Montreal for sure.
