V-Twin Pedal Bypass Switch Not Working...

I have a V2 V-Twin pedal, and the bypass switch isn't working. The physical switch tests ok, but the function doesn't work (nor does it with an external footswitch). Any comments, suggestions, etc? Thanks for any help!
