It is going to store the preset in the number stored in the SysEx.
You could get one of the editors in that forum like the G7 for the PC or the Real Major which I believe works on any OS.
The 1010 is able to be programmed to select any preset in the GMajor. there is a document on that forum that explains how to set up the 1010 to work with the GMajor
