Upgrading a C to a C+

I have a stock, unmolested Mark IIC (60/100 w/ reverb no Eq) and thinking of upgrading to C+.
Is it worth the money to get the upgrade or just use the money to get another amp?

You may never get the investment back, but the tone is a VAST improvement when upgraded.

a) unupgraded Cs are becoming am extinct race ...
b) check out / follow ebay etc. for all the upgraded C+'s that don't or hardly sell :shock:

there really is no good reason to not upgrade. all my opinion of course

they sell on ebay, but usually when started with a $1 starting bid and no reserve. I saw an upgraded C+ HRG sell for more than $3K within the last 6 months. they don't sell when they are buy it now of $2500 or more.


do it if you have $600 burning a hole in your pocket
