I guess I a bit ignorant here, but...I'm assuming the 415's are top of the line then? Are they still in production? Are the Mesa/Boogie or another brand, are they the Sylvania's I keep hearing about?

Yes they are Phillips/Sylvania 6L6GC's. If I recall, they cease production in 1985. Mesa had a secret stash for a while and it was $ 300 a quad.
They deny they have them now and if they did offer to sell them, I can easily assume the price would be higher. They used the same tactic on the NOS Siemens EL-34- STR-450's.
They doubled in price when the inventory got low.
