triple rec crackling on channel 2

I have a triple rec that is about 10 years. I replaced the power and rectifier tubes about 8 months ago. 2 months ago the amp started crackling when i put it on channel 2. channel 1 and 3 sound fine. Every troubleshooting board, youtube video, and everything else pointed to pre-amp tube issues. changed out the preamp tubes and the problem is still there. Has anyone else had similar problems. i'm starting to get aggravated and even a little worried that it may be a bigger issue. thanks

My buddy has the same problem on his ch3, which he hardly ever uses....the pots are all scratchy and need replaced....from lack of use. I take it you don't use ch2 as much as 1 and 3?
