I need a bit of help. I'm getting some weird feedback and alot of high end noise from my channel 3 modern gain when I mix in my effects loop to 100%. The feedback cuts out when I back the effects loop to 80% but I'm not really able to do this cause I need it at 100% to get a bounce back triplet feel from my line 6 delay mod.(I have to use the delay mod and not my boss digi delay for the double because its almost impossible to hit the same tempo with dials) I'll explain my set up to clear things up a bit.
Guitar > ernie ball volume > 535q wah > digitech whammy > left input of line 6 delay mod > front of Mesa Triple
Fx loop starts at boss digi delay > right input of line 6 delay mod > end of fx loop
Now if i run my line 6 delay mod through fx loop or through just the front only I can't get that triplet bounce back. I'm wondering if maybe there is some way to tweak the back settings to compensate. I'm also wondering if I may end up frying my amp running things the way I am.
I'm also having some problems with my 2nd channel sound. My channel 3 sound is so powerful that I find it kills the 2nd channels feel.....makes it kind of bland. I'm running the 2nd channel on raw.....I can't really say what any of the settings in the front of the amp are I'd have to take a pic and get back to this posting. If anyone has any ideas I thank you in advance.
