I was wondering ...

I would like to try some JJ tubes on it so I have to power off than change them or I can change them with power on ?

why changing tubes with power on??? i don't think it would be so healthy for your pre, specially if you've got it connected to poweramp and all your setup...

cause I could hear fast the tone changes !

I don't know if it causes any hurt to my equipment that's why I'm asking it

turn off the power first. always. you can damage the amp by doing that

you could record some clips now and some clips after tubes' change with the same settings if you want to notice the differences
