I'll be playing for 5mins and then all of a sudden output volume will skyrocket overdriving my FX input (G-majpor)
I'll change modes a few times and then it comes right.
I've changed all my tubes as well.

Any other ideas what could cause this?

Yep, faulty pot. The concentric A/B output pot can do this. Pots get dusty/sticky over time. You could try loosening it up by turning it rapidly back and forth through its full range of movement. Or you could try disassembling it for cleaning. Or you could replace it. Either way, my money's on the pot above anything else. If it's not that, you can do the usual cleaning of contacts on the ribbon cables inside. Other than that, it's probably a tech job.

it's can be the main pot because the fx send level is set with the master control, try to clean it first and if it's not fixing the problem, send it to the repair shop
