Triaxis problem - restarting every few minutes

Hi all, I've seen similar problems listed, just wondering what solutions other people have found before sending this off to be fixed.

Problem: After about 10 mins of usage, the Triaxis resets itself, and then continues to reset every couple of minutes. Sometimes the LEDs go a bit weird when it boots back up.

The sound is absolutely fine, so suspect something wrong in either the ribbon connectors or the CPU.

I'm in Sydney Australia, so any suggestions for a good technician would be appreciated.

Mine was doing this for a while....then my recto-recording-pre blew up...so i swapped the tubes from the recto and triaxis and it has only done it once since...i jiggled the tubes again..made sure everything was tight. and its behaved so far.

you may also want to get some contact cleaner and clean the sockets if its an older triaxis.

your other option would be to call mesa, yes they still repair them. but its not cheap.

Sounds like it could be ribbon connectors to me as well. Open it up and reseat them
