I have this problem for a couple of weeks now... I make my own presets and settings and saved then...everything its working perfect when its turned on... once I turn off the triaxis all my settings and presets are all gone to the original fabric presets... I was thinking it could be the lithium battery,,,

any help? thanks

You have to save your presets in something other than the first 20 presets. Check on page 1 and page 4 of the manual.

It may be the battery. They're easy to change and available at Radio Shack for a couple bucks. When you open up the Triaxis, the battery is located under the metal shield...

Definitely chack the battery...

My processors had the same issues after about 3-5 years. It was always a battery issue.

Hi,Its not your battery .you have to over write the factory presets.see page 5 of your manual.defeat/recall of factory presets. its so simple ...just press the switch key once and then press the loop sw key...thats it, its done.
Cheers.
By the way...Hello everybody!! :)

Howdy, and welcome!!

You're probably right about this. Geez - It has been so long since I defeated the factory pres (good lord, I got mine over 13 years ago!!!), that I forgot about that. Incidentally, I've never had to change my battery in all that time, so unless your Triaxis is older than mine (there aren't many that qualify for that distinction), slash776, that's probably not the issue.

yep, my TriAxis did this about 2 years ago.
I called mesa about it and they referred me to the manual and that I was probably working within the first 20 presets..
you have to shut it off this apparent demo mode.. then all should be ok.. if that doesn't solve it.. I'd suspect the battery or something else..
