Gmajor
Triaxis

Im having trouble wiring the gmajor to the triaxis. I followed the directions but it doesnt seem to wanto work. all the units are in perfect working order also, its just wiring eror.

thanks in advance

Um, perhaps you need to read your manual, but here's the gist of it:

TriAxis effects loop send -> G-Major in (left/mono) -> G-Major out (left and/or right) into TriAxis effects loop return. Then TriAxis -> out (left and/or right) into 2:90. Then 2:90 out to your cab. Keep your level switch at line.

The effects loop on the Triaxis also needs to be activated for a given preset. Check page 7 in the Triaxis manual under the area where it talks about the Loop/SW button.

Personally, I'd only put the effects in the Triaxis loop if you're going to program some presets that are dry (i.e. effects loop not activated). Otherwise, it works better to have your effects unit come after the Triaxis, thus avoiding the potentially problematic (watch those levels!) loop.

I really hate my triaxis! it sucks away all the beautifull tone from it. I noticed it sounds best in the fx loop but i'm looking for a substitute. maybe a rocktron fx or preamp!

  How stupid!!! I meant I hate my G-Major!!!

Guess I have to read before I submit!!! Sorry guys. I love my triaxis I hate my G-major. I'm looking for something else.

I learned that a intellifex has a bypass. but I dont know how te replifex works... If the replifex has a bypass too.

I'm looking for a solution and this is what i found!

it can split my signal and go to the G-major. then the FX sounds get mixed with the drysounds and i will have best of both worlds!

i'm ordering one now! And i hope it works!

here's the manual! http://nobels.biz/oman/spx-31_ownersmanual.pdf

there are a lot of this machines with another brands, it is a simply line mixer or the classical line splitter
I still prefer the intellifex internal split because I can program it and change with the midi parameters
