Thiele Purchase - Need to ID Speaker

Bought a nice cream tolex, wheat grill, Boogie tag Thiele today... The guy I bought it from said it was a C90 in there, but I opened it up to check and all I see is a stamp that reads "SP0287. From looking through old threads, this appears to be a MC90? Is there any difference between a MC90 and a Black Shadow C90?

Either way, I'm about to fasten the back panel back on and give it a test run. If it doesn't work with me, then I am selling it.

Hooked it up to the Mark III and it sounded really nice. I haven't AB'd it with my EV Thiele, but they are comparable. Not sure if I'll hold on to it or not yet.
