Wow, they sure do pack that chassis! But are those 1/4" jacks PCB mounted? I thought they didn't do that at Boogie to protect the board?

I think the jacks you are referring to are the speaker output jacks, which are plastic cased to isolate them from the chassis. Since we can only see one of the solder tabs, and there are 3 on those type jacks, I'm willing to bet that the other two are tucked down alongside the chassis where we can't see the wire.
