I've noticed there aren't much preamp setting sections in the settings forum, so maybe everyone who has a preamp that isn't on the tone setting webpage can share their preamp settings and then maybe if we can gather alot of settings NED can maybe put them up, so may I start by saying


Mesa Boogie Studio Pre - Clean setting

Volume - 3.5
Master - 7.5
Treble - 6.5
Bass - 2
Middle - 2
Reverb - 3
Lead Drive - n/a
Lead Master - n/a
EQ -
80 hz - middle line
240 - alittle below middle line
750 - a tad below 240
2200 - below middle line line 240
6600- above middle line,

Use your tone control knobs to get a glassier clean tone.. anyways thanks1

Here's a pic of my studio and quad. I use the studio for both cleans and heavy rhythm/leads. The rotary settings RARELY change because I LOVE the tone. Same with the graphic EQ BUT I bumped the 80 slider down a bit before taking the pic (on accident). Normally it's about equal with the 6600. The quad is something I mess around with more often so the settings usually change but I normally only use ld1 and ld2 for a crunch and lead tone.
