You have to call them and I know it won't be cheap, but that is the only real way.
They likely will answer the email eventually but you could be waiting several weeks. :roll:

They also told me to call .... they have never answered any of my emails. Just make sure you leave you name and full phone number when asked ..... they get back the same day most of the time.

...... I was thinking the same thing till someone told me to call.
If you do not have the number ..... just ask.

:? they always have answered mine, too. but the answers have often conflicted and contradicted themselves.
