Well just I repair my triaxis I order some tubes to test them into my triaxis.
I had the original 12ax7 sovtek on it and I replace by
V1-Ei
V2-Lps
V3-EH gold
V4-EH gold
V5-Ei
ok, my conclusions:
Excellent for a metallica fan, so poor for mike landau or steve lukather fans.
Well the new tube set up has an amazing gain ( so much gain, it drives the circuit beyond the natural horizonts) and compress (all the notes seems to be together) great for rhthym, bad for soloing with good tastes.
It has an extra medium-high frecuencies that ables to scream your solos like Darrell, your harmonics jumps from the guitar.
It has an excellent S/N ratio and it works well on feedback.
But for my taste this sounds doesn´t like to me. It is wonderful for a teenager but for a 27 years old it sounds too heavy.
Maybe the next tube test will be better????

Are the Ei's still having problems with going microphonic? I've read that they are fantastic sounding tubes but nobody recommends them for that reason.

lps is a in my point of view a good tube for audio, music details and such kind of matters, but... it isn´t what I was looking for my triaxis.
You could read my reasons if I remember well on tubes section and a post called short plate vs long plate
