Sweep Arpeggio Help

[Ukalali Solo]

Ok, so I've never been the "shredder" guitar type, but I can definitely hold my own when it comes to leads. One thing that I've always lacked in my tool box of soloing is sweeping, and arpeggios. I really want to really begin practicing this more, and I haven't really been able to find any great sites yet, I've found some odds and ends, but I was wondering if you guys had any great sites that would help me out.

ya check out the chops from hell dvd by Theodore Ziras. Or mike campese.

It really helped me. Also I will warn you now that it is going to require lots of practice.
