Swaped a 95 2 channel for a 2002 triple !!

I know it makes me a terrible person but i know the 3 channels better then i did the 2 channel plus for a band setting it wasn't cutting it for me need more headroom. However i do love the sound of the triple but i need to direct it more was thinking like a boost or overdrive pedal or a sonic maximizer or dual eq
Let me know what you guys think

I have a 2002 3ch recto and in a band mix I think the 2ch versions or the new reborn rectos cut better in the mix. An od in the front and a eq in the fx-loop can help a lot but, unless you need a decent clean, I would have kept the 2ch version.
