I just bought an older 2 jack Subway Blues and its sound is so sweet! I would like to do a couple mods if possible without changing the tone.
I would like to some how give it a more headroom, and I would like to change the way the tone controls work.
1. So they are moe independent of each other, and
2. So that I can broaden/widen the existing tone. My MIIC+ has a pull deep switch on the Master and a pull shift on the Bass that both really deepen the tone.
On #2 is there a pedal that might solve this? My Keeley modded BD phat doesn't.
Does anybody have any suggestions? Recommendations of good technicians? etc?
