this might be a silly question but.. I have a gig on saturday and we're playing out in the cold and it's going to be very cold out, I mean very cold out, do you think this is going to be a problem for my guitar units, with the tubes and all? I figured since they'll get really hot anyways, then they'll just cool down ??[/i]
 
Actually, i'm rather curious about this as well. I have an outdoor gig on Sunday and i'm running a 50/50 and a Studio Pre.
 
yeah man , I know if you over heat the tubes , becuase tubes are suspose to goto a certain temperature to give maximum energy flow and when you over heat them they'll start distorting (* not the nice distortion sound) and if you do the opposite will it be good or what ? ( i got this amazing tone out of my pre a while ago! PM me , maybe we could trade some settings!
